Bob Orzo grew up in Queens, where bagels aren’t just breakfast, they’re a way of life.

He brought that New York know-how all the way to Houston, starting with a table at the Memorial Villages Farmers Market. One bite and Houston was hooked. Bob fell for the city right back, and he’s been making bagels here ever since.
